These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Cook Helper AI application (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created and provided by Lixus Link SARL (“Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Intellectual Property

The Application and its contents are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, extraction of source code, translation, or derivative work creation from any part of the Application is strictly prohibited. All rights remain the sole property of the Service Provider.

User Responsibilities

  1. Device Security:
    • It is your responsibility to secure your device and access to the Application.
    • Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may compromise security and Application functionality.
  2. Internet Connection:
    • The Application requires an active internet connection for certain features. The Service Provider is not liable for issues arising from poor or unavailable internet access.
  3. Third-Party Charges:
    • Be aware of potential data or roaming charges from your mobile provider. You are responsible for any such costs.
  4. Device Maintenance:
    • Ensure your device is adequately charged and maintained. The Service Provider is not responsible for disruptions caused by device failures.

Subscription and Refund Policy

The Application offers subscription plans managed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Refunds for subscriptions must be requested directly from Apple, as per their policies. The Service Provider cannot process refunds on your behalf.

Privacy and Data Use

  • Rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
  • You must uninstall and cease using the Application.
